Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM & Power Platform Technical Consultant

saas nine is collaborating with a Big Four Accounting Firm, an Internationally recognised and award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner. The firm is experiencing significant growth across the APAC region and actively focuses on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) projects in the Education Sector.

Position overview.

To bolster these specialized projects, we are searching for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM & Power Platform Technical Consultant. This role requires a robust background in Integration, Dynamics Portals, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Flow, Plugins, and Workflows. Proficiency in Portals, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse is also highly desirable.

The selected individual will be the technical authority responsible for the end-to-end implementation from inception to cutover/go-live, encompassing workshops, technical documentation, and configuration tasks up to KUTs and UAT.

Essential functions.

• Evaluate and understand the technical requirements and architecture for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
• Strong focus on Integration, Dynamics Portals, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Flow, Plugins, and Workflows.
• Experience working with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct system configuration, development, and testing activities.
• Execute SIT, End-user training, UAT, and Go Live phases proficiently.
• Lead data migration efforts, including strategy, mapping, and execution.
• Manage and deliver projects independently; lead teams in meeting client expectations.
• Facilitate technical sessions and weekly status meetings with clients.

Your profile.

• 8-12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consulting.
• Previous experience in the Education Sector is a strong advantage.
• Successfully executed at least one end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM project.
• Proven consulting experience in project delivery.
• Expertise in Integration, Dynamics Portals, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Flow, Plugins, and Workflows.
• Skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Microsoft certifications pertinent to Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
