IT Project Manager – Enterprise Technology & Business Transformation

Melbourne | Full Time | $170,000 - $190,000 + Super

We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation that is embarking on a significant technology transformation across its enterprise applications, data platform, and core business systems. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives that will directly influence business performance for years to come.

Working across internal stakeholders, executive leadership and external technology partners, you'll lead projects spanning ERP, CRM, modern data platforms, communications and infrastructure while driving continuous improvement across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for managing multiple technology initiatives from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

You'll work closely with business leaders to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver technology solutions that genuinely improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects across multiple business functions.
• Manage Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM implementation, enhancement and optimisation projects.
• Drive Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform initiatives, enabling improved reporting and business insights.
• Coordinate telecommunications and business communication system upgrades.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, Microsoft Partners and third-party service providers.
• Develop project plans, budgets, risk registers and governance documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project outcomes.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies through technology.
• Ensure projects align with strategic business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Report project status, risks and milestones to executive stakeholders.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded Project Manager who understands that successful technology projects start with a clear understanding of the business.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• Strong experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM projects.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or modern data platforms.
• Experience working with telephony or unified communications projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, from operational teams through to executive leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines and project governance.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or multi-site organisations.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure and broader Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Formal Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent).
• Change management or business transformation experience.
