With ambitious plans for expansion across additional regions, we are seeking a Functional Support Consultant to join our global support team, focusing on the APAC and US regions. Position overview.

 

The Functional Support Consultant will specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps, focusing on Finance modules such as GL, AP/AR, company setup, costings, and exchange rates. This role involves preparing training plans, conducting training sessions for power users/end-users, report writing, functional enhancements, configuration, documentation, UAT, and managing LCS environments and tickets.

 

Essential functions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for Dynamics 365 FinOps, targeting power users and end-users within the Finance modules.
  • Conduct insightful training sessions, ensuring users proficiently utilise the system for their needs.
  • Support business requirements by engaging in report writing, functional enhancements, and configuration.
  • Produce detailed documentation to support training, configuration, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure new functionalities meet business needs and user expectations.
  • Oversee LCS environments and ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of issues and queries.
  • Collaborate closely with the global support team to provide exceptional support across the APAC and US regions.

Your profile.

  • Proven experience as a Functional Support Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps, strongly emphasising Finance modules.
  • A background in Finance, with any manufacturing industry experience highly regarded.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering training programs, with the ability to engage and educate users of varying skill levels.
  • Experience with report writing, functional enhancements, configuration, documentation, UAT, LCS environment and ticket management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative but remote team environment.
  • A keen interest in participating in a global D365 roll-out and want to grow and develop within the broader Business Applications space.
  • Ambition to select projects that align with personal development and career aspirations.
