Driving enterprise application and data transformation, this professional brings more than 20 years of experience across education, professional services and membership-based organisations. Their expertise spans technology strategy, enterprise architecture, business applications, integration, analytics and data governance. As Applications and Solutions Manager at an independent school, they lead the application and data function supporting critical school operations. Their Microsoft-focused capabilities include Dynamics CRM, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse and SQL Server. They combine analytical depth, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement to align technology investment with organisational priorities.
Their technical leadership connects modern data architecture with practical improvements in applications, reporting and operational processes. At an independent school, they architected an environment using Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including a Dataverse data model and parent portal. They also secured executive endorsement for an organisation-wide Data Management Strategy and are directing data platform redesign and Student Information System integration initiatives. At a business school, they established the first dedicated data management function, led six data professionals and managed a $400K annual budget. Their delivery experience includes Azure data warehouse migration, cloud migration of Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, learning-system integration, and agile project portfolios supported by PMO frameworks.
A collaborative leader, they develop multidisciplinary teams and build effective partnerships with executives, business stakeholders and technology vendors. Their experience includes concurrent responsibility for a business school's enterprise applications function and its $1M budget. At an independent school, they led five Information Services professionals and secured acceptance of recommendations to reset a mission-critical Dynamics CRM project. They bring adaptable leadership across school systems, higher education platforms, professional services and membership organisations, supported by experience in vendor governance, commercial oversight and change delivery. Their overall value lies in combining strategic direction with technical understanding to strengthen data quality, modernise application environments and improve organisational decision-making.
