Driving enterprise transformation across legal, aged care, community services, and professional services, this Chief Technology Officer combines a technology career spanning more than two decades with hands-on programme leadership. They currently lead technology strategy, governance, Workday implementation, and AI transformation at a law firm. Their experience spans executive roles at a community services organization, an aged care and community services organization, a professional services firm, an accounting and advisory firm, and a risk and consulting firm. Core platform expertise includes Workday HCM, Finance and Payroll, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and Azure. They bring a strong combination of commercial judgement, operational accountability, cybersecurity leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Their earlier background in Oracle database administration, business analysis, and programming strengthens their ability to connect technical delivery with business priorities.
Custom AI agents and enterprise modernisation are central to their recent delivery achievements. At a law firm, they established responsible AI governance and deployed a Paralegal Agent that reduces manual effort by approximately 15 hours per week, alongside an IT Service Assistant that reduces service desk demand by approximately 200 tickets per week. Their Workday leadership encompasses configuration, security, migration, data quality, integration architecture, reporting, testing, deployment, and the ongoing support model. At a community services organization, they delivered annual transformation savings of $2M and improved NIST security maturity from 1.7 to 3 within six months. At a professional services firm, they delivered a Microsoft 365 remote collaboration programme within three months for 12,000 employees and led secure SharePoint Online client portal services. Their wider achievements include Azure infrastructure modernisation at an accounting and advisory firm and major Asia-Pacific data centre and office consolidation programmes at a risk and consulting firm.
An experienced executive partner, they align boards, leadership teams, delivery specialists, and vendors around practical technology roadmaps. Their leadership includes teams of 20 IT professionals, major operating budgets, enterprise PMOs, and cross-functional programmes involving more than 50 professionals. They combine procurement and commercial negotiation with coaching, governance, change leadership, and service improvement. Their adaptability is demonstrated across legal services, homelessness and aged care, child and family services, education, accounting, insurance, and consulting environments. Their development includes a Bachelor of Computing from a university, a leadership program in 2016, Director Leadership Programs at an accounting and advisory firm in 2019 and a professional services firm in 2022, and an executive coaching program at a community services organization in 2023. They offer employers a well-rounded technology leader capable of translating emerging technologies into sustainable operating models, measurable efficiencies, and better employee and client experiences.
