MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 BUSINESS CENTRAL DEVELOPER
Fully Remote, Australia or New Zealand | Contract, 6 months

saas nine is working with our client to find a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central developer for an initial six-month contract. Their Business Central specialist has moved on, a list of projects is waiting, and they need someone who can pick up support and delivery quickly.

This is a practical role. You will keep Business Central running day to day, build and fix what the business needs, and be the person the IT lead trusts to check proposed changes before they go live. It is not a redesign-everything architecture brief.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day Business Central support across finance, inventory and sales.
• Support the launch of a B2B ordering portal built on Adobe Commerce, with Business Central as the inventory and sales back end, and fix issues after go-live with the web team.
• Deliver this year's finance projects, including inventory changes, a bank feed integration and approval workflows for delegation of authority.
• Build and maintain AL extensions and integrations.
• Review technical proposals and explain the options in plain language to managers who aren't ERP specialists.

What you'll bring

• Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, both functional and technical, including AL development.
• Solid knowledge of inventory and sales order processes in Business Central.
• Integration experience with APIs, web services and connected applications.
• The confidence to give a clear yes or no on a proposed change, and to document it so the knowledge stays with the business.

Highly regarded

• Adobe Commerce (Magento) integration with Business Central, ideally including a B2B portal launch.
• Bank feed integrations and approval workflow set-up.
• Continia apps for Business Central.
