We're partnering with a growing Australian organisation looking for an experienced Head of Technology & Digital Transformation to lead its technology strategy and shape the next phase of digital innovation across the business.

This is a true leadership role where you'll influence executive stakeholders, own the technology roadmap and deliver meaningful business outcomes through modern platforms, AI and automation.

What you'll be responsible for

• Developing and delivering the organisation's technology strategy
• Leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
• Driving AI adoption and governance across the business
• Identifying automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency
• Optimising Microsoft Business Central and associated business systems
• Delivering CRM, ERP and integration projects
• Leading technology governance, cybersecurity and risk management
• Managing internal technology teams, vendors and strategic partners
• Working closely with senior leadership to align technology with commercial objectives

We're looking for someone with

• Experience leading technology or digital transformation functions
• Strong Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 experience
• Proven success delivering enterprise technology projects
• Exposure to AI adoption, automation and systems integration
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across executive leadership
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes
• Previous experience leading internal technology teams
