Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

We're partnering with a well-established Australian retail organisation seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-week contract, supporting both day-to-day operations and business-critical projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, helping optimise processes while enhancing and supporting a mature Business Central environment.

The Opportunity

As the Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between the business and technology teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, gathering requirements, supporting BAU activities and contributing to ongoing projects and system enhancements.

You'll be joining a collaborative environment where your ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical solutions will make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Support BAU activities across the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform
• Assist with project delivery, enhancements and system improvements
• Analyse and optimise business processes across Finance and Supply Chain
• Support reporting requirements, including Jet Reports
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party technology partners
• Provide functional support and assist with user adoption where required

About You

You'll be an experienced Business Systems Analyst who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and understands how ERP platforms support business growth.

Essential Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Business Systems Analysis
• BAU application support
• Project delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Finance and Supply Chain process knowledge
• Experience with Jet Reports

Highly Desirable

• Retail industry experience
• Retail POS systems
• Shopify integrations or administration
• ERP implementation or enhancement projects
• Continuous improvement mindset
