Head of Delivery & Client Operations – Microsoft

We're partnering with a well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner looking for a Head of Delivery & Client Operations to lead its national delivery organisation and play a key role in the next phase of business growth.

This is an executive leadership position responsible for overseeing Professional Services, Managed Services, Support, Quality Assurance and Client Operations while working closely with the CTO and Senior Leadership Team.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading a geographically distributed delivery organisation
• Driving delivery excellence across Projects, Managed Services and Client Support
• Developing delivery frameworks, governance and operational maturity
• Leading Client Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Support and QA teams
• Improving utilisation, forecasting, profitability and delivery performance
• Strengthening executive client relationships and managing strategic escalations
• Driving automation, AI adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partnering with Technology, Sales and Executive Leadership to support business growth
• Building leadership capability and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

What we're looking for

• 10+ years leading technology consulting or professional services organisations
• Experience within Microsoft Business Applications, Dynamics 365, Business Central, ERP, CRM or Digital Transformation consulting
• Strong commercial leadership across professional services delivery
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
• A track record of improving delivery performance, operational maturity and client satisfaction
• A collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams
