Azure Fabric Data Engineer – Power BI Reporting

We are currently seeking an experienced Azure Fabric Engineer to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on modernising reporting, analytics, and data platform capabilities within a Microsoft ecosystem.

This role will suit a highly capable hands-on consultant with strong Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI experience who enjoys working within fast-paced project environments and collaborating across both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise Microsoft Fabric data solutions
• Build scalable reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI
• Work across data ingestion, transformation, modelling, and visualisation
• Support integration of enterprise data sources into the Fabric platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Assist with governance, performance tuning, and best practices across the data platform
• Work closely with project teams across ERP, reporting, and operational systems

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Advanced Power BI development and reporting capability
• Strong understanding of Azure data technologies
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics environments
• Data modelling, ETL/ELT, and data transformation experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within large-scale transformation or ERP programs highly regarded
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 environments beneficial
