Specialising in end-to-end CRM and customer-experience transformation, this professional brings over 16 years of multi-industry expertise spanning not-for-profit, government, construction, telecom, education, insurance, retail and travel sectors. Adept at leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Salesforce ecosystems, they combine deep functional insight with strategic business acumen to help organisations such as a Government Transport Agency, clients of a Marketing Agency and customers of a Consulting Firm accelerate digital initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
