Specialising in business analysis, enterprise systems transformation and organisational change, the candidate brings extensive experience across government, financial services, retail, FMCG, media, healthcare and aged care. Their core platform expertise includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Salesforce, Oracle and SAP. At an Industrial Supplies Company and a Community Services Organization, they supported Dynamics 365 delivery across finance, procurement and HR, including accounts payable and receivable, cash and bank management, fixed assets, projects and sales-order processes. Their work at a Government Department combines Agile business analysis with requirements management, process design and system testing for ESS WEB 2.0 Claims and Payments. Strong analytical capability, structured documentation and stakeholder engagement underpin their approach. They hold Baseline Security Clearance valid until 2031.
Turning complex business needs into practical delivery artefacts is a defining strength of their work. They use Enterprise Architect, Visio, Azure DevOps, JIRA, SQL, Promapp, Mavim and Lucidchart to support requirements, workflows, traceability, analysis and delivery coordination. At an Indigenous Finance Organization, they developed user stories and acceptance criteria for Finacle and Tririga, covering banking, leasing, procurement and AML/KYC processes alongside cross-system integration flows. They led system integration testing and user acceptance testing at a Community Services Organization and delivered successful national UAT for an aged-care provider's Salesforce implementation, creating more than 50 testing scripts. Their Oracle experience includes retail transformation at a Department Store Retailer and global customer-service process improvement for a Medical Technology Company's Oracle R12 upgrade. Agile, Scrum, SDLC, BABOK, BPMN and Six Sigma practices inform their requirements analysis, process improvement and testing work.
Beyond analysis, the candidate connects technical delivery with business readiness through change impact assessments, communications, training and transition planning. They have trained finance subject matter experts, coordinated train-the-trainer and end-user activities, and designed go-live and hypercare support arrangements. Collaboration spans Australian operations, UK finance teams, US vendors, India-based transition teams and global customer-service stakeholders. Earlier customer-service leadership roles add practical operational insight, including KPI development, coaching, performance management and cost-improvement planning. Their contribution also includes inclusion-focused volunteering and Deputy Co-Chair responsibilities for Gender Equity at a Government Department. This combination of systems knowledge, delivery discipline and people-centred change capability positions them to help organisations implement workable processes and prepare teams for sustainable adoption.
