With over 15 years of experience in end-to-end CE and F&O projects under their belt this Senior Project Manager / Management Consultant has spent the past 3 years focusing on Dynamics 365 FinOps transformations.
They possess a high level of expertise in strategic planning, project delivery, budget planning, RFI/RFP tenders, stakeholder management, business transformation, gap analysis, team leadership, and mentoring and training.
Their experience spans multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, retail, and financial accounting. They have worked both as a Microsoft partner and within end-user environments, in both full-time and contract engagements, utilizing a hybrid approach of waterfall and agile methodologies.
