Combining technology leadership with hands-on operational expertise, the candidate brings a career spanning IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications and multi-site service delivery. At an Agricultural Organization, they lead technology operations across a Melbourne head office and eight regional locations. Their experience extends across agriculture, not-for-profit healthcare, education, safety technology and pharmaceuticals through roles with an Agricultural Organization, a Health Nonprofit, an Educational Institution, a Safety Technology Company and a Pharmaceutical Company. Core strengths include Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, identity and access management, modern workplace technology and enterprise application ownership. Their business systems experience encompasses Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, Dayforce, ELM and Sitecore. They combine technical judgement, commercial discipline and executive engagement to align technology investment with organisational priorities.
Delivering secure, reliable workplace technology is a defining strength of their recent work. At an Agricultural Organization, they implemented modern workplace capabilities using Microsoft 365, Intune, Configuration Manager, Always On VPN and endpoint encryption, alongside centralised identity controls incorporating SSO, SCIM and PIM. They directed enterprise system implementations and integrations, led two equipment refreshes and completed two office relocations without operational disruption. They also introduced AI-based support agents within the ITSM platform and strengthened service delivery through knowledge management, ITIL-based change practices and proactive monitoring. Commercially, they contained operating expenditure growth to less than 10% over eight years through supplier consolidation, licensing optimisation, negotiation and cloud adoption. At a Health Nonprofit, they consolidated four data centres into a hosted IaaS environment in under 48 hours and reduced Active Directory domain controllers from 13 to 4 while removing more than 40% of inactive users and devices.
Their leadership approach balances strategic direction with direct accountability for day-to-day service quality. They have led internal support teams, managed service providers and supplier transitions, including a nine-person team with four direct reports at a Health Nonprofit. Strong executive partnerships enable them to translate business requirements into practical roadmaps, prioritised investment and coordinated delivery. Their experience includes office relocations, cloud migrations, identity modernisation, cybersecurity improvements and enterprise application change across varied organisational settings. Training in leadership, IT strategy, ITIL and PRINCE2 complements their Microsoft and Lotus administration background. They offer employers a commercially focused IT leader who can modernise technology, strengthen governance and maintain dependable services throughout change.
