Microsoft Partner | Dynamics 365 CE | Power Platform | Copilot

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect to join an established Microsoft Partner and play a key role across the design and delivery of enterprise Business Applications solutions.

This is a senior, client-facing position for someone who can operate across the full lifecycle — from initial discovery and pre-sales through architecture, solution design and delivery.

You'll bring deep expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure and commercially viable Microsoft solutions.

The Role

Working closely with customers, sales, consulting and technical delivery teams, you will:

• Lead customer discovery, requirements and solution design workshops

• Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

• Own high-level and detailed solution architecture

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs

• Provide architecture across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and wider CE workloads

• Design solutions leveraging Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate

• Advise on integration architecture between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications

• Define security, environment and data architecture

• Provide guidance around data migration and integration strategies

• Establish appropriate ALM and deployment approaches

• Lead technical and functional teams through implementation

• Review solutions throughout delivery to ensure alignment with the agreed architecture

• Support estimation, statements of work and project planning

• Participate in pre-sales, demonstrations and solution presentations

• Engage confidently with senior business and technology stakeholders

• Mentor consultants and developers across the wider delivery practice

• Azure integration services / APIs

• Azure DevOps and modern ALM

• Enterprise security and governance

AI & The Modern Power Platform

The Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem is evolving rapidly, so we're also looking for an architect who understands where AI, Copilot and agents fit within modern Dynamics 365 solutions.

Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, agentic solutions or AI-enabled business processes would be highly regarded.

You don't necessarily need to be the person building every AI component yourself — but you should be capable of having the architecture conversation with customers and understanding how these capabilities can extend Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, enterprise data platforms or modern analytics architectures would also be advantageous

More important than the title is your ability to operate between business requirements, architecture and delivery.

You'll be comfortable sitting with a customer to understand the problem, design the solution, explain why you've chosen that architecture, and then guide the delivery team through implementation.

You'll combine strong technical understanding with the communication and stakeholder skills expected of a senior Microsoft consultant.
