Platform Manager

We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation investing heavily across its Microsoft ecosystem, and they’re now looking to appoint a Platform & Environment Manager to take ownership of their Dynamics 365 & Azure landscape.

This is not a traditional IT Ops role.

This is about owning the platform — ensuring it’s stable, scalable, and continuously evolving to support the business.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the centre of the platform lifecycle, owning the “Run” environment while working closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from build → operate → optimise.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond support — someone who sees the platform as a product.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• End-to-end ownership of the D365 & Azure platform environment
• Driving stability, performance, and scalability across the ecosystem
• Leading incident, problem, and change management (ITIL aligned)
• Managing environment strategy, releases, and operational readiness
• Acting as the bridge between Build & Run teams
• Overseeing platform enhancements and optimisation initiatives
• Ensuring governance, compliance (SOC2), and risk management
• Leading and developing a high-performing technical team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Azure environments
• Background in platform ownership, environment management, or IT operations leadership
• Solid understanding of ITIL / service management frameworks
• Experience operating within enterprise or complex environments
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, not just support
• Strong stakeholder engagement across both technical and business teams

• Location: Perth (Hybrid Working Model)
• Salary: $180,000 + Super
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
