Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps Functional Consultant – Advanced Warehousing

With significant growth anticipated across their Digital, AI, Power Apps, and Retail divisions, we are searching for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps Functional Architect specialising in Advanced Warehousing. Position overview.

This role calls for a seasoned Functional Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly in Advanced Warehousing. The ideal candidate will be a guru in Inventory Management, Pick & Place, Stock Control, Transport & Logistics, Procurement & Sourcing, and Master Planning Modules. Your responsibilities will include designing requirements, crafting solution designs, developing proofs of concept, running workshops, managing customizations, integrations, documentation, testing, mentoring teams, and spearheading enhancements.

Essential functions.

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 FinOps solutions focusing on Advanced Warehousing and related modules.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs and proofs of concept to showcase the efficacy and efficiency of proposed solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate potential solutions, and educate stakeholders on Dynamics 365 FinOps capabilities.
• Oversee customizations, integrations, and enhancements to ensure they align with business needs and best practices.
• Mentor and guide teams in Dynamics 365 FinOps best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented successfully and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Communicate effectively with board members and C-level executives, providing clear updates on project progress and outcomes.

Your profile.

• Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps Functional Architect, specialising in Advanced Warehousing.
• Deep understanding of Inventory Management, Pick & Place, Stock Control, Transport & Logistics, Procurement & Sourcing, and Master Planning Modules.
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery within a retail or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services & Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
