Specialising in Microsoft modern workplace architecture, this Principal Consultant and Solution Architect brings more than 16 years of experience across SharePoint and the wider Microsoft technology stack. Their expertise spans Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure and Power Platform, supported by a background in software engineering and technical leadership. They have worked across telecommunications, banking, mining and insurance environments. Their career includes appointments with a Technology Consulting Firm, a Consulting Firm, a Technology Services Company and a Software Company. They combine solution design and analytical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery coordination. Their experience extends from Senior Technical Consultant responsibilities to platform management and Delivery Manager roles.
At a Technology Consulting Firm, they have shaped a Telecommunications Company's SharePoint migration, integration patterns and Power Platform governance. The migration programme covers 90 TB across 600 site collections and targets substantial OPEX savings through cloud migration and progressive infrastructure decommissioning. They established an Azure-based AWS S3 integration pattern that saved Power Automate premium licensing and integration setup costs. Their wider delivery experience includes digital content and collaboration tools that reduced service requests to the support team by 80%, using self-service access tools, site tools and request forms. This work encompassed Appian integration, SharePoint-hosted RESTful WCF services, event receivers, search-driven web parts, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, timer jobs, hosted scheduler jobs, custom modules, lists, libraries, content types, managed metadata, custom forms, Nintex workflows and PowerShell, alongside intranet components consuming SharePoint REST APIs and Workplace feeds. They also configured Content Matrix for network-drive and SharePoint 2010-to-2013 migrations and implemented CI/CD using Jenkins, Git and JFrog, complementing their Agile and SAFe delivery exposure.
Their leadership approach combines resource planning, backlog ownership and Design Authority oversight with practical collaboration across business, architecture, Cloud Ops and Security teams. At a Mining Company, they supported enterprise document management design through requirements collaboration, prototyping and scenario testing; at a Financial Institution, they delivered securitisation portal analysis, implementation, deployment and support transition. They adapt effectively between legacy SharePoint solutions and cloud-native approaches involving React-based SharePoint Framework components, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Blob Storage and Power Automate. Their academic foundation is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from a university. Their credentials include SAFe for Teams, obtained in 2018, and Microsoft MCTS examinations 70-573 in SharePoint 2010 Application Development, 70-576 in SharePoint 2010 Application Design and 70-542 in SharePoint 2007 Application Development. They offer employers a combination of hands-on technical depth, enterprise governance experience and commercially focused modern workplace delivery.
