Specialising in Dynamics 365 delivery and complex digital transformation, the candidate brings extensive experience across enterprise finance, retail technology, e-commerce and public transport. They combine senior project management with product ownership, delivery leadership and commercial accountability. Their work with a Fitness Company includes managing the global rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and migration from Dynamics AX 2009. Their experience also spans a Public Transport Agency, a Retail Group, a Major Retailer and a Consulting Firm. Strong stakeholder engagement and an adaptable communication style enable them to connect business priorities with technical delivery.
Their delivery expertise covers enterprise integrations, platform migration, cloud adoption, test automation and agile operating models. In their work with a Fitness Company, they coordinate Dynamics 365 integration with Magento and Salesforce while managing changes to purchase order and expense processes. With a Public Transport Agency, they managed Azure-hosted operational solutions and worked with Microsoft's Data Science team on machine learning-based ferry arrival predictions and connection recommendations. For a Retail Group, they established a rapid development approach across 20 retail systems, including Oracle financials and BizTalk integrations. Their Major Retailer responsibilities included programme testing and cutover across five projects migrating digital propositions to IBM WebSphere, alongside AWS testing adoption, GitHub migration and a Docker containerisation proof of concept. They apply Scrum, structured user stories, delivery governance and supplier coordination to improve delivery quality and pace.
A collaborative leader, the candidate has managed distributed teams of up to 150 permanent, contract and supplier personnel. In their role with a Major Retailer, they held delivery accountability for 11 Scrum teams and annual expenditure of £11 million within the Online Product Group. Their POS and payments leadership covered 14,000 tills, 1,700 self-checkouts and PCI compliance responsibility for an architecture handling an average of one million daily transactions. They are equally comfortable rebuilding delivery structure on troubled projects, managing procurement and coordinating business change across international markets. This breadth offers employers a commercially accountable transformation leader who can align people, platforms and delivery practices around practical business outcomes.
