Driving finance transformation and business improvement across national and global organisations, the candidate brings extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager, finance systems specialist and change leader. Their background spans retail, winery manufacturing, telecommunications, adventure travel and facilities management. Core platform expertise covers Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Central, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics GP. They combine practical accounting knowledge with a strong understanding of transactional services, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Their career includes delivery roles with a Major Retailer, a Telecommunications Company and Adventure Travel Companies. End-to-end ERP delivery is a particular strength, from requirements and partner selection through configuration oversight, data migration, user acceptance testing, cutover and hypercare. At a Major Retailer, they led Dynamics 365 implementation activities for a Victorian winery and managed a JDA (Blue Yonder) Demand Planning cloud upgrade. At a Telecommunications Company, they managed finance transformation covering Dynamics 365 finance, project accounting and supply chain, including legacy data migration and cutover coordination. Earlier achievements include an ERP implementation across six global entities at an Adventure Travel Company and a finance ERP reimplementation and upgrade across thirteen entities at another Adventure Travel Company. They apply Agile project management, process mapping, cost-benefit analysis and structured change planning to delivery. Their broader systems exposure includes Microsoft Office, Visio, Maximo, Access database administration, Crystal Reporting, Starship Enterprise System, Elements Product Cost System, PeopleSoft, BPCS Software, Delphi Software, SAP, MPC, Oracle and Vision + Tso.
A collaborative leader, the candidate connects PMO, IT, Finance, operational teams and implementation partners around shared objectives. They have led teams of 10–20 staff across local and globally distributed businesses, combining structured management with adaptable mentoring and training. At an Adventure Travel Company, they developed improvement plans across 35 entities and managed the transition of transactional services to an offshore team. Their experience also includes establishing a global finance systems support function, creating end-user documentation and embedding process controls. A Bachelor of Business in Accounting from a university complements their practical finance background, management training and profile-listed Agile business analysis and SAFe Scrum Master certifications. They offer employers a well-rounded combination of ERP delivery leadership, financial understanding, operational improvement and sustained business adoption.
