With more than fifteen years immersed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform, this professional brings deep expertise in architecting, implementing and supporting customer-centric solutions. Their breadth spans core CE modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Service Automation, underpinned by strong knowledge of Azure integration services and DevOps practices. Having delivered projects across superannuation, banking, aviation, insurance and education sectors, they combine technical acuity with a keen understanding of diverse business processes.

 

Technically, they specialise in complex customisations, plug-in development, JavaScript, Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows, complemented by robust integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, BizTalk and RESTful APIs.
