At a leading Microsoft Partner in New Zealand, they assumed the role of Dynamics 365 Technical Lead, where they honed their skills in implementing full-circle Dynamics FinOps projects. Their roles spanned creating architecture diagrams of business processes, troubleshooting system bugs, and ensuring developments were aligned to the IT Strategy and met business needs. Tasks also included Power BI reporting, third-party system integrations, Power App development, SSRS reports, and DevOps and LCS administration.

 As a Contract Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant & Developer for a number of IT consulting firms in ANZ, they demonstrated their skills in multiple facets.
