With more than 15 years steering enterprise asset- and customer-experience transformations, this Senior Business Analyst specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and IBM Maximo across consulting, government, transportation and utilities sectors. Adept at bridging technical and operational domains, they translate complex requirements into scalable solutions spanning Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Asset Management and ERP finance streams. Their breadth of exposure extends to Azure, AWS, Oracle JD Edwards, ArcGIS and SharePoint, underpinned by strong stakeholder-management and process-mapping capabilities.
