Bringing extensive enterprise transformation experience, this Senior Business Analyst combines workforce management, ERP, CRM and business intelligence expertise with a strong record of cross-functional delivery. Their career spans retail, government, transportation, telecommunications, energy, agriculture, engineering, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. They have supported a major retailer, a transportation agency, a funeral services company, a telecommunications company and a pharmaceutical company. Core platform experience includes SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM, Kronos and ServiceNow. Their analytical strengths cover business case development, requirements elicitation, process modelling, gap analysis and translating complex operational needs into practical system requirements. An MBA focused on ERP and Accounting Systems complements their information systems education and project management training.
Turning complex process and integration challenges into actionable delivery requirements is a consistent feature of their work. They apply BPMN, current-state and future-state modelling, user stories and detailed requirements across Agile, SDLC, Waterfall, ITIL and PMBOK environments. At a major retailer, they analyse enterprise agreement changes across integrated HR, rostering, time and attendance, and payroll systems. At a funeral services company, they supported SaaS CRM integration with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, coordinated UAT and assisted with post-implementation issue resolution. Their work at a building materials company included separating a Kronos workforce management and payroll system from another building materials company and upgrading it from version 6.3 to version 8. At a pharmaceutical company, they led a Sydney Enterprise Asset Management implementation, delivered Advanced Planning and Scheduling, and implemented Cognos management reporting. This delivery record earned a 2011 global recognition award for the Enterprise Asset Management implementation.
Collaborative leadership underpins their ability to bring business stakeholders, finance, HR, legal, IT and external vendors together around shared delivery goals. They have facilitated workshops with senior executives, harmonised processes across regions and coordinated implementation hypercare and transitions to business-as-usual support. Their APAC experience includes enterprise asset management implementations across Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, China and India. Equally comfortable with early discovery and post-implementation improvement, they adapt their approach to both strategic planning and detailed operational requirements. Their background in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing adds an appreciation of controlled processes, while workforce and finance projects demonstrate sensitivity to complex employment and transactional requirements. As an Australian citizen based in Sydney and available immediately, they offer employers a versatile business analysis professional who connects enterprise platforms, operational processes and stakeholder priorities.
