Driving complex ERP and business transformation, the candidate brings more than 15 years of project and program delivery experience across financial services, government, healthcare, aged care, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations. This Senior Project Manager, Program Manager and Delivery Lead combines strategic alignment with hands-on delivery from initial business case through deployment and handover. Their platform experience spans Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce and PeopleSoft, complemented by a current profile-listed Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations contract with a Community Services Organization. Their functional breadth includes finance, supply chain, third-party logistics, human capital management, client management and retail point-of-sale systems. Strong analytical judgment, stakeholder engagement and supplier management underpin their approach to projects valued up to $5 million. They have managed more than 200 complex projects using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Large-scale finance transformation is a defining strength, demonstrated by their leadership of an Insurance Company's PeopleSoft programme across 13 Asia Pacific countries. Leading a 25-person team, they achieved a 10% improvement in finance productivity, approximately $1 million in annual operating savings and a reduction in monthly reporting time from 15 days to seven days. At a Consulting Firm, they led an Education Services Organization's Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation, deploying 13 modules and supporting finance-team consolidation and transition from outsourcing. Their work for a Warranty and Insurance Company integrated claims payments with the financial platform and introduced a banking platform, improving claims processing productivity by at least 20%. Their delivery toolkit includes Microsoft Project, Gantt charts, Microsoft Planner, Jira, Confluence, advanced Visio, advanced Excel with macros, Power BI and SQL, alongside financial software experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage and JD Edwards. Across assignments, they combine requirements definition, procurement, integration coordination, process redesign, quality assurance, change planning and training.
Leadership is grounded in building trusted relationships with executives, operational teams, suppliers and multidisciplinary project groups. As Director and Principal Project Manager at a Consulting Firm, they developed employees and subcontractors while delivering consulting engagements for organizations in policing, international aid, mental health services and aged care. Their work at a Community Services Organization strengthened time and attendance compliance by more than 25% and supported the opening of over 20 sites. They also bring substantial facilitation and communication capability, including presentations at more than 20 national conferences and experience guiding teams through regulatory and operating-model change. A master's qualification in Information Systems, a business degree focused on finance and accounting, and Agile and PRINCE2 project management training complement their practical experience. They offer employers a commercially focused transformation leader who connects technology delivery, organizational adoption and measurable business benefits.
