Combining a strong systems engineering foundation with enterprise transformation leadership, the candidate brings extensive experience across program management, ERP delivery and digital change. Their career spans a university, consulting firms, a healthcare organisation and Australian defence organisations. Core platform experience includes Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, Workday Financials, SAP and Oracle EBS. Their transformation portfolio covers finance, HR, payroll, supply chain, logistics, warehousing and retail operations. They have worked across higher education, healthcare, government, financial services, automotive leasing, FMCG, utilities and heavy equipment. A logical, analytical and pragmatic approach supports their ability to navigate complex delivery challenges.
ERP implementation and transformation leadership sit at the centre of their delivery expertise. At a consulting firm, they managed a heavy equipment transformation using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and held engagement management responsibility for a higher education Workday Financials program. Their Dynamics AX experience includes systems integration project management for an FMCG implementation and program management for a retail implementation. They also led a government SAP logistics transformation, supported a national SAP warehousing rollout as PMO Lead, and managed testing for an automotive leasing Oracle EBS transformation. At a consulting firm, they led HR and ERP transformation business case engagements and an end-to-end process stream covering finance, HR and payroll. Their delivery approach draws on Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and PRINCE2, supported by experience in testing reviews, quality assurance, procurement and application rationalisation.
Their leadership experience extends from engagement and stream leadership to program management and director-level transformation responsibilities. They focus on empowering teams to achieve delivery outcomes while building capability. Experience across both consulting and client-side environments enables them to connect business priorities with enterprise systems change. Their university appointment brings this background into a higher education ERP transformation program. Formal study in project management and aerospace avionics complements professional credentials in Workday Financials, MSP, PRINCE2 and ITIL. They offer employers a combination of transformation leadership, cross-platform ERP experience, stakeholder management and technically informed decision-making.
