Core strengths span Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Azure, Microsoft 365 and Oracle ERP programs. The candidate has led engagements across government, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, transport, education and defence. At a consulting firm, the candidate directed major ERP delivery from pre-sales and commercial negotiation through enterprise design, mobilisation, build and go-live. Experience combines strategic planning, business case development, program assurance and recovery with systems integration, data migration and business intelligence delivery. Australian and British citizenship, NV1 clearance and immediate availability complement a broad consulting and stakeholder leadership background.

Large-scale delivery achievements demonstrate the candidate's ability to translate complex requirements into practical implementation outcomes. The candidate led more than 60 consultants on a major Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and delivered a healthcare Dynamics 365 rollout on time across more than 70 Australian sites. Azure experience includes integration hub and identity and access management solution design, cloud foundation planning and application migration using IaaS and PaaS services. At a technology company, the candidate led initiation and design for a financial regulator's regulatory data project, coordinating integration, security, taxonomy and migration workstreams across a technology company and a regulatory software provider. At a consulting firm, the candidate managed a national financial regulator's reform and IT portfolio exceeding $20M, alongside Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement-based transformation activities. The candidate also directed complex Oracle ERP migration work at a global technology company and delivered a state digital services website in 4.5 months, applying agile and hybrid approaches suited to each engagement.

Commercial judgement and collaborative leadership are central to the candidate's value proposition. Experience includes services proposal leadership on opportunities up to $100M, major contract negotiations and management of onshore, offshore and subcontractor delivery teams. Qualifications include a BSc in Computing from a university, MSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation, IC Agile Certified Professional – Agile Project Management and ITIL Practitioner.
