Driving enterprise-scale product delivery and operating-model transformation, the candidate brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, financial services and insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, government, retail and automotive environments. Their background combines product and portfolio management, programme leadership, enterprise architecture and management consulting. They currently lead a healthcare technology company's pathology product and engineering programme across APAC and EMEA, coordinating an 85-person distributed organisation. Previous engagements with an insurance group, an energy company, a consulting firm and a telecommunications company demonstrate adaptability across regulated industries and complex technology ecosystems. Their platform experience spans Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Siebel CRM, TIBCO and Power BI. Systems thinking, analytical problem-solving and executive communication underpin their approach to prioritisation, financial governance and delivery predictability.
AI-enabled delivery and disciplined programme governance are central to their recent achievements. At a healthcare technology company, they embedded Claude AI and GitHub Copilot into product, engineering and QA practices, reducing manual test-case authoring from 15 days to one day per cycle, a 93% improvement. At an insurance group, they delivered three major production releases on time and within budget, improved predictability from 40% to 70%, and generated more than $340K in documented annual savings. Their integration and modernisation experience includes a Siebel CRM upgrade at a telecommunications company, Marketo-to-Microsoft-Dynamics integration at an energy company, and customer data migration planning covering cleansing, profiling, trial loads and cutover readiness. They apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Large-Scale Scrum, PRINCE II, ADKAR and SDLC practices, supported by Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Power BI. Their broader technical delivery knowledge includes Python, SQL, React, CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, BDD, test automation, HL7, FHIR and clinical software delivery controls.
An experienced adviser to COOs, CTOs and executive leadership teams, they translate enterprise strategy into practical governance, accountable team structures and measurable delivery outcomes. They have led or coached more than 300 people cumulatively and developed mentoring programmes for Scrum Masters and Product Owners. Their Prosci change-management certification, Certified LeSS Trainer status and coaching credentials complement hands-on experience in organisational design, distributed delivery, workforce planning and vendor management. At a consulting firm, they established a Cloud Centre of Excellence that generated more than $30M in revenue within six months, while contributing to enterprise pre-sales and major architecture initiatives. Their thought leadership includes co-inventing US Patent 9,059,894 B2 and co-authoring 'Connecting the Dots - Reflections on the Lean Production System' and 'Who is Agile in Australia and New Zealand?'. An Australian citizen based in Melbourne with government Baseline security clearance, they offer a combination of technical breadth, commercial discipline and collaborative transformation leadership.
