Microsoft Copilot Studio Consultant (Power Platform & AI Agents)

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy delivering enterprise-scale AI, automation, and Power Platform initiatives across the APAC region. Due to growing demand around Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Agentic AI solutions, we’re looking for a technically strong consultant who can bridge the gap between business process transformation and hands-on solution delivery.

This is not a purely architectural role — we’re looking for someone who is approximately 70% technical, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, understand operational workflows, and help organisations realise the value of AI agents and automation in real-world business environments.

You’ll work across end-to-end engagements spanning discovery workshops, agent design, Power Platform development, AI integration, and enterprise process automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Building AI-powered agents and automation workflows across enterprise environments
• Working across Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Virtual Agents
• Supporting AI Foundry and emerging Microsoft AI technologies
• Running workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and identify AI opportunities
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Supporting end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to deployment and optimisation
• Collaborating with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Data & AI teams
• Advising clients on best practices around governance, automation, security, and AI adoption
• Helping organisations mature their AI and agent strategy within Microsoft ecosystems

What We’re Looking For: Technical Experience

• Strong experience across Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on exposure to Copilot Studio and/or Power Virtual Agents
• Experience building automation solutions using Power Automate
• Understanding of AI Foundry, Azure AI, OpenAI, or emerging Microsoft AI technologies
• Experience integrating systems, APIs, Dataverse, and enterprise applications
• Ability to configure, customise, and extend Power Platform solutions
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 environments is highly regarded

Business & Consulting Experience

• Ability to engage directly with stakeholders and understand operational workflows
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirement gathering skills
• Experience working across professional services, government, distribution, manufacturing, or enterprise environments
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and automation opportunities
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
