Specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX, the candidate brings 15 years of overall IT experience, including more than 12 years in ERP customisation and implementation. Their background spans Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012 and Dynamics 365, complemented by more than five years of Microsoft .NET experience. Functional exposure covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, procurement, projects, sales and marketing, inventory, payroll and human resources. They have worked across retail, construction, life sciences, financial services and gaming environments, including engagements through a consulting firm, a technology consulting firm, a technology company and a life sciences company. Four end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, more than nine end-to-end AX 2012 implementations and more than four support projects underpin their delivery experience. Strong analytical skills, technical design capabilities and international, cross-cultural experience support their effectiveness across complex ERP programmes.
Their integration expertise combines X++, C#, .NET, REST services, AX Application Integration Framework, Dynamics 365 Data Management and Azure-based services. At a consulting firm, they designed complex external integrations using Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Flow while managing cloud environments, LCS administration and deployment activities. At a technology consulting firm, they developed Dynamics 365 extensions and multilayer integrations, configured DevOps build and release processes, and delivered Power BI reporting and KPI dashboards. For a bioanalytical services company, they independently designed and developed AIF interfaces using .NET REST techniques to connect AX with eCOM portals. At a technology services company, they developed payroll functionality that generated payroll for more than 1,000 employees within 30 minutes for a construction organisation with more than 5,000 employees. Their delivery approach spans requirements analysis, gap-fit assessment, technical documentation, development, code review, testing, deployment and support across the software development lifecycle.
Technical leadership is reinforced by experience as a technical architect, lead consultant, team lead and senior application developer. At an ERP consulting firm, they led a team of six and independently completed an HVAC company's AX 2009 to AX 2012 upgrade. They collaborate closely with functional analysts and business stakeholders, translating requirements into practical designs and supporting technical training and key-user enablement. Their adaptability extends from construction-specific ERP verticals and offline project applications to financial services systems and consumer gaming portals. Recognition includes performance awards from a life sciences company, an ERP consulting firm, a technology services company and a financial technology company. An Australian citizen based in Sydney and available in two weeks, they offer a combination of hands-on engineering, ERP architecture and delivery leadership for Dynamics 365 transformation and support programmes.
