Candidate Description

Bringing together enterprise architecture, technology leadership and complex program delivery, the candidate operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. Their experience spans retail, supply chain, manufacturing, wealth management and investment, alongside consulting assignments in insurance, banking, education, postal services and utilities. At a Major Retailer, they have held senior merchandise technology and demerger delivery roles, combining operational accountability with strategic investment leadership. Their platform exposure includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, SAP and Oracle Retail, supported by profile-verified Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capability. Their domain coverage extends across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, master planning, order-to-cash and enterprise asset management. A pragmatic, commercially focused approach underpins their work in business architecture, technology roadmaps and fit-for-purpose transformation.

A record of delivering complex business change is demonstrated through major ERP, supply chain and corporate separation programs. At a Major Retailer, they led a circa $30 million capital project portfolio that included Master Data Management and the Microsoft Dynamics 365-based Meat program. They successfully delivered a former parent conglomerate's demerger technology program across 10 delivery streams and 26 core systems, with a transaction budget of $19 million. At a Beverage Company, they delivered a major SAP supply chain integration affecting eight distribution centres and secured approval for the beverage manufacturer's 4.0 manufacturing strategy. Their earlier assignments at a Major Retailer covered Oracle Retail pricing and promotions, Retalix R10 point-of-sale integration, logistics solution architecture and the implementation of manufacturing facility systems. Their delivery approach combines architectural documentation, current-state and future-state process analysis, SDLC knowledge, financial control, risk management and cutover planning.

Leadership across operational and transformation environments is central to their value proposition. At a Major Retailer, they led approximately 60 permanent employees and 80 contractors, achieved team engagement above 78% and sustained operational stability with a 5% reduction in major incidents. Their consulting experience at a Consulting Firm included seven successfully completed engagements and a $2.5 million revenue pipeline, with assignments for an Insurance Company, a Postal Service, a Banking Institution and a Water Utility. They build collaborative relationships with business leaders and translate strategic priorities into architecture, investment roadmaps and executable programs. A Master of Technology in Enterprise Architecture from a university, completed with distinction in 2008, and TOGAF 9 certification support their architectural foundation; additional development includes leadership programs, System Architect training and project management training. They offer employers a combination of commercial judgement, enterprise-wide perspective and hands-on delivery leadership across business-as-usual operations and significant organisational change.
