They combine deep cloud expertise in AWS, Azure and GCP with hands-on leadership of multi-country engineering teams, consistently bridging strategy, engineering and change management to unlock business value.

Adept at Databricks, Azure Synapse and Generative AI tool-chains, they have designed real-time streaming platforms, RAG architectures and predictive-analytics engines for organisations such as a Sports Organization, a Retail Company, a Telecommunications Company, a Financial Institution and an Energy Company. Key achievements include building the sports organization's first production ML race-prediction engine, unifying 14 legacy systems into a Customer 360 on Azure for a Retail Company, and governing a $15 million APAC transformation portfolio at a Consulting Firm. Their technical toolkit spans Python, Spark, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn and Power BI, delivered within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

As a hands-on Practice Lead and Head of Data & AI, they mentor cross-functional teams, engage Boards and C-suite executives, and embed responsible-AI governance aligned to the Australian Privacy Act.
