Key achievements include leading multiple successful go-lives at a Technology Company, an Energy Company and a Consulting Firm, introducing RSAT-driven regression testing to cut deployment times, and steering CPQ and Time & Materials automation initiatives in close partnership with a Technology Provider and a Software Company. Their toolkit covers Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Power BI analytics and SSRS, underpinned by strong SQL and X++ development knowledge and governed through Agile, Scrum and ITIL practices.
