Driving enterprise-wide business and technology transformation, this professional brings international program leadership experience spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX2012, ERP enhancement and acquisition integration. Their experience covers consulting, chemical manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceuticals, fashion, gaming, aged care and building-related environments. They combine strategic business-case development with governance, stakeholder engagement and organisational change. Their functional exposure includes finance, human resources, payroll, procurement, inventory and corporate technology platforms. International assignments have involved South Africa, Turkey, New Zealand, the USA, the Netherlands, Germany, China and Vietnam. They have led PMO, business and technology teams ranging from 20 to 100 people and overseen budgets up to $30m.
Large-scale ERP delivery is a defining strength, demonstrated through transformation programs at a chemical manufacturer, a gaming company, an HVAC manufacturer and a community services organization. At a chemical manufacturer, they managed consolidation of 7 legacy systems into a single Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 platform for deployment across 10 countries. For a gaming company, responsibilities included implementation-partner transition, business-case and budget revision, and Dynamics AX2012 deployment to 1000 users across Australia and the USA. At a community services organization, they developed the business case, engaged a new implementation partner and established the team and governance framework for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 program covering 1200 users. Their work at an engineering consultancy spans UBW ERP enhancements, IT and ERP acquisition integration, cloud platform deployment and ISO27001 information security implementation. Their delivery approach is supported by Agile, PRINCE II and Waterfall methodologies, alongside practical experience in business process improvement and change communications.
A collaborative leader, they build cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams around shared transformation objectives. They engage executive leadership, vendors and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic priorities. Acquisition integration experience includes integrating two consulting firms into an engineering consultancy through coordinated IT and ERP activities. Their adaptability extends from multinational ERP consolidation to information security controls and corporate platform deployments. A Leadership with Compassion Award and project management mentoring for Year 8 students at a high school complement their professional leadership experience. Supported by an MBA in Technology Management and scientific and engineering qualifications, they offer a well-rounded combination of commercial judgement, delivery discipline and people-focused transformation leadership.
