A seasoned Delivery Manager and Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant, this professional brings over seven years of hands-on experience steering CRM, ERP and Power Platform initiatives across consulting, government, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. Having led engagements for a Technology Provider, a Mental Health Support Organization, an Automation Company and a Relocation and Moving Company, this professional leverages deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations and Business Central to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that boost operational efficiency and insight.

 

Their technical acumen is evidenced by successful architecture and rollout of complex Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps and Power BI reporting environments.
