saas nine is delighted to partner with a leading global systems integrator and transformation partner, renowned for its expansive growth trajectory across the APAC regions. We seek an Account Manager who excels in nurturing client relationships within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and Microsoft Business Applications Technologies.

 

This role is integral to a dynamic Sales and Customer Success Team, focusing on clients on the East Coast of Australia and New Zealand. The position offers a unique blend of a collaborative yet remote working environment and one of the industry's most competitive employee benefits packages.

 

Position overview.

 

As an Account Manager, you will specialize in fostering relationships with clients leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and related Microsoft Business Applications Technologies. Your responsibilities will include preparing demos and presentations, responding to RFIs/RFPs, understanding client needs for functional enhancements, and staying abreast of new product releases. This role requires occasional interstate travel to better engage with clients and understand their business needs.

 

Essential functions.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and Business Applications Technologies.
  • Please prepare and deliver compelling demos and presentations to show the value and capabilities of Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
  • Respond effectively to RFIs and RFPs, showcasing the best of what Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps can offer.
  • Keep updated with new releases and enhancements within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Applications ecosystem to provide clients with the latest solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success Team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the East Coast of Australia and New Zealand.
  • Understand the specific needs of clients within the manufacturing industry (if applicable) to tailor solutions and services effectively.

 

Your profile.

 

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within Microsoft Technologies, focusing on Cloud ERP/CRM and Business Applications, Azure, Integration, etc.
  • A strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and an understanding of functional enhancements and product updates.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to undertake interstate travel to meet with clients and understand their business environments.
  • A passion for staying informed about the broader Microsoft Business Applications stack and eagerness to work on global D365 roll-outs.
  • Ambition to grow and develop within the expansive Business Applications space, choosing projects that align with personal development and career aspirations.
