Driving enterprise systems transformation across retail, logistics and cloud services, this Group IT Program Manager brings over 20 years of multidisciplinary technology experience. Their background spans program and project management, product ownership, business analysis and technical support leadership. At a Retail Group and a Fashion Retail Group, they have supported business-critical initiatives across payroll, merchandising, e-commerce, product lifecycle management, analytics and ERP modernisation. Their wider experience includes solutions for a global port operator, a port operator, a logistics provider, a Swedish regional authority, a financial institution, a mobile technology company, an automotive and defence company and an IT services company. Analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and a strong understanding of business processes underpin their delivery approach.
Successful cloud and enterprise implementations demonstrate their ability to connect business requirements with practical technology delivery. At the Retail Group, they delivered Dayforce payroll and time-and-attendance, PLM and Calumo analytics solutions, and currently lead the AP21 ERP upgrade as Senior Program Manager. At the Fashion Retail Group, they contributed to the SAP Hybris rollout and Aptos ERP upgrade while providing Magento expertise and supply chain integration support. Their technical capabilities encompass advanced SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Java, web applications, web services, REST and SOAP APIs, data warehousing and EDI integration. They have also designed and delivered transport management solutions for a global port operator, a port operator and a terminal operator, and managed a global multimillion-dollar travel account-reconciliation solution for a financial institution. Their delivery toolkit combines Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods with requirements workshops, process mapping, user stories, functional specifications, integration testing and UAT.
Their leadership combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination of business stakeholders, delivery teams and end users. Experience spanning technical support, systems analysis, product ownership and program management enables them to bridge operational needs and technology execution. They have worked with Scrum teams on clarification, estimation and prioritisation, and organised workshops and training to support system adoption. International assignments across Australia, Sweden, Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom demonstrate adaptability across operating environments and delivery challenges. Their qualifications include an MSc in Forensic Computing, a BSc in IT, and Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner and ITIL certifications. They offer employers a versatile technology leader capable of guiding complex systems initiatives from business analysis through implementation and operational support.
